Refund and Return Policy

Refunds can be offered within 30 days from purchase for items in perfect resalable, unopened condition that are unaltered, undisturbed and undamaged - due to safety, health and hygiene considerations, we unfortunately can't accept returned products which have already been opened and opened products are unfortunately non-returnable.

How Can You Initiate a Return?

In order to initiate a return, use Royal Mail Signed For' service of the Post Office and be sure to get proof of posting or receipt as evidence should anything go amiss in transit.

Include a note with your return that specifies who it belongs to as well as order number and reason for returning item; this will enable faster processing of return request.

Who Will Cover Return Postage Costs?

Return postage costs are your responsibility and will only be reimbursed in cases of defective merchandise. Be mindful that we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund in cases in which items arrive back non-saleable condition, are damaged in transit or have been opened prior to return.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your item back for return, its amount will be returned back into its original method of payment - typically, this usually happens the day following its return! Please reach out if this happens after five working days (excluding weekends and holidays) has elapsed without receiving your refund - for assistance please reach out directly or contact your payment or bank provider immediately

Online Purchased of Faulty Goods (or Bad Substitutions)

If you find an item to be defective or encounter problems with the products you purchased, please submit an issue ticket through our support form and one of our staff will assist in rectifying it promptly with all required return forms provided.

Please keep in mind that all returns, whether for unneeded items or defective ones, must go through our ticketing system in order to be processed successfully. Unfortunately, unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Return Address

To return an unwanted or damaged item, contact us either via email or by dialling our contact number. Keep in mind that shipping costs must be covered when returning the item; tracked services should always be used and items exceeding £50 in value should have an insured option recommended together as we cannot be held liable if their transport becomes lost in transit.
